This a song i did a while back....more like 2 years ago. while i was living in S.F.
i played real piano..&..live hollow bass...on it.
and the rest are just samples...arranged in logic.

So this is a bit of a sneek peep to what im going to be realesing this OCTOBER 6th out on SANGUINE rec

STAR EYES_"happy haus" UFO! REMIX

I'm very proud to present my old school jungle buddy STAR EYES!!! nyc miss run thangs!
i don't know how i went on about remixing her cover of cover of Siouxsie & The Banshees' "Happy Haus."
But as soon as she had sent me the separated parts i was all over them vampires on virgin girl necks!
around this time i was getting ready to move out of San Francisco back to NEW YORK..i remember having to go to as couple of trouble and bass parties to get that exact bass vibe "fucked off wild wabble wabble fuckery" ..for some reason it took me ages to find the right drums..with the right programing.i had to go out side and beat the pattern out on a fucking bench next to a garbage can..soon a ran back up to the stodio and the dam thing came to life..funny as soon as i was on that god roll you get when your making a tune ...the biggest thunder broke out on to the city "the gods are approving!!" it was a thunder storm on its way into the city..so fuck it..i kept beating the life out of the monitors im shure no one noticed..what the hell! the skys making tones of noiz too...any way take a listen and download if you like !!

BABY's ON FIRE-UFO! RE_EDIT

this is that BRIAN ENO tune that all ways gets that one cool chick you really cant stop looking at on the dance floor, take a look back at you at least twice..And we all know if some one looks at you once they are just plain taking a look, twice there checking you out and 3 times.. well they like what they see get me?..this tune is at least a 2 time a look..HA! ANY WAYS!!
i really didn't do much to the song other then add some drums up in the mix,lengthen the intro for the dj,added some heavy tombs in there and cut the longs ass guitar solo MR ENO went off on... and ended it with a square wave bass line mimicking the original,i did the RE ED it about a year ago for my dj show at PS1 warm ups..and yea....all the galls just looked up at me and screamed ahhhhhhhh!!!!! i love this SONG..aand so do i...that's why i didn't get all crafty with the remix..or RE EDIT what ever..simple but effective
